CIELUSZAK, Marie B. (nee Durawa), of Amherst, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2018. Mrs. Cieluszak is survived by one child, Matthew, and two siblings, Mark Durawa and Rachel Juszkiewicz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Aug. 7 from St. Christopher Church. Arrangements were made by the Amigone Funeral Home Inc. Memorials may be made to St. Christopher Parish.

CISEK, Eugene P., of Amherst, died Monday, July 30, 2018. Mr. Cisek is survived by three siblings, Sally Cisek, Mary Szewczyk and Barbara Whetton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at St. Joseph University Church, 3269 Main St., Buffalo. Arrangements were made by the Dietrich Funeral Home Inc. DAVIS, Harlow M., of Amherst, died Saturday, July 28, 2018. Mr. Davis is survived by three children, Keith, Alan, and Cindy Turcot; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (nee Hout). A funeral service was held Aug. 7 at the Chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements were made by the Dietrich Funeral Home Inc. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of WNY, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra or the Darwin Martin House.

FORMAN, Nancy T. (nee Tuyn), of Amherst, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018. Mrs. Forman is survived by her husband, James; two children, Arika Pevenstein and Andrea Mahoney; one grandchild; and four siblings, Carol Crapple, Susan Wick, Daniel Tuyn and Gretchen Leto. She was preceded in death by one sibling, Peter Tuyn. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Aug. 7 in Christ the King Church. Arrangements were made by the Beach-Tuyn Funeral Home Inc. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of WNY.

TROYER, Carlene (nee Engel), of Williamsville, died Monday, July 30, 2018. Mrs. Troyer is survived by her husband, Millard; two children, Jolene Downy-Scinta and Joseph Scinta; one stepchild, Laura (nee Troyer) Mittermaier of Gulf Breeze, Florida; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church, 8445 Greiner Road, Williamsville. Memorials may be made to the church or Hospice Buffalo Inc.
