Jaeger has necessary skills for supervisor

I’d like to tell everyone how lucky we are that Marjory Jaeger is running for Amherst supervisor. I can’t think of anyone over the last 30 years who is more qualified to lead our town into the future than Marjory.

As our town clerk, she is responsible for balancing more than $300 million in annual tax payments, plus overseeing town records, working with all the town departments, issuing numerous licenses and permits, and so much more. However, she is not just someone who works for our town, but she also believes in giving back as well.

She has been a volunteer on numerous town boards and committees, is an emergency services technician and lieutenant with the Williamsville Fire Department. Marjory is also a board member for Meals on Wheels. Her volunteerism speaks highly of her respect for our community and its needs.

To know Marjory is to like her. She is not just a hard worker, but a person who is dedicated to her friends, family and community. Her experience and knowledge of our town government make her the most qualified candidate to lead Amherst with respect, compassion and honesty.
