Winter open gym will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. through Friday, Dec. 30, at Clearfield Community Center, 730 Hopkins Road. An adult must accompany children younger than 6. New Year’s Eve skate and family concerts with Glenn Colton will take place from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, at the Northtown Center at Amherst. The free concerts will take place at 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. Skate admission includes hats and noisemakers. Refreshments will be served.

Archery for ages 8-12 will be held on Thursdays, Jan. 12 to Feb. 16 at Clearfield Community Center. Two sessions are available: 4-5 p.m. and 5-6 p.m. Call 631-7132, ext. 7517, or email alorenzo@amherst.ny.us.

Youth Model Builders Club for ages 5-14 will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays, Jan. 21 – Feb. 25, at the Harlem Road Community Center, 4255 Harlem Road, in cooperation with the International Plastic Modelers Society. Wheelchair tennisis starting in January for people aged 18 and older at the Village Glen Tennis Club. Sessions are from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 23 to March 12. Call 631-7132, ext. 7517.
