. Fairgrounds Festival of Lights
— The holiday tradition continues at the
7th annual Festival of Lights. Experience
this event with the entire family and start a
new tradition. Begin with a drive through a
nearly 2 mile trail of more than 200 light
displays containing a million dazzling
animated colored lights. After your leisurely
ride, park your vehicle and enter the newly

decorated North Pole Village. Stroll
through the village and view the window
displays imitating the nostalgic downtown
holiday shopping atmosphere. You may also
stop and visit with the holiday characters,
and write a letter to Santa, in the Village
Post Office. The Festival is open:

. Magical Memories
On Main Street — The
Theatre District Association of WNY,
Inc. and The Rotary Club of Buffalo
proudly present the kick-off and official
opening of the 2011 edition of Magical
Memories on Main Street, located on the
600 block of Main Street (across the street
from Shea’s). Main Street will come alive
with festive and animated holiday window
displays featuring many of the vintage
AM&A’s figurines and animated window
displays, containing items from original
displays back in the 30s, 40s and 50s and
other holiday favorites, that brought smiles
and cheer to generations of families from
years gone by, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.; and 5-10
p.m. daily now through Sunday, Jan. 8.
