Caribbean cruise follows Island Park reception

Mrs. Joshua T. M. Rollain Mrs. Joshua T. M. Rollain Christie Michelle Hare married Joshua Thomas Moses Rollain during an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, July 24, 2010, at St. Stephen’s Church on Grand Island. The Rev. Paul Nogaro officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Diane and David Hare of Amherst. The groom is the son of Patricia and Douglas Rollain of North Tonawanda.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a white gown with beaded, sequin appliques, sweetheart neckline and a cathedral-length train. She also wore a crystal tiara and a veil.

She carried a bouquet of white roses and small white spray roses, white freesia and light pink bouvardia.

The maids of honor were Jessica Reich and Kimberly Stilson, friends of the bride. Sprada, cousin of the bride; Laura Smead, friend of the bride; and Sarah Townsend and Brittany Schurkus, friends of the bride and groom. The junior bridesmaid was Jasmine Rollain, sister of the groom.

The best men were Ryan Koons and Sugath Liyanage, friends of the groom.

The groomsmen were Paul Hare, brother of the bride; Jonathan Heckert, friend of the groom; and Patrick Toner and Benjamin Townsend, friends of the bride and groom.

The usher was Josiah Rollain, brother of the groom.

The ring bearer was Jordan Rollain, brother of the groom.

A reception was held at Island Park Pavilion in Williamsville. The couple honeymooned on a cruise to the western Caribbean. They are now at home in Amherst.
