OF LOCAL LAW

Notice is hereby given of the adoption of a Local Law No. 8- 2007, a Local Law amending the Zoning Code, Local Law No. 6-2006. This Local Law was adopted at the Town Board meeting held August 6, 2007.

This Local Law rezoned the property located at 245 New Road from SA (Suburban Agriculture) to R-3 (Residential 3) and amended the zoning map accordingly.

IMPROVEMENTS Contract 18A-Watermain Improvements

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for the construction work included in the 2007 Infrastructure Improvements, Contract 18A-Watermain Improvements, will be received at the Office of the Village Administrator, Village of Williamsville, Village Hall, 5565 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, 14221, until 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Wednesday, September 5, 2007, and there at said time publicly opened and read aloud.

This project consists of watermain improvements in the Village of Williamsville.

The Contract Documents may be obtained only from CRA Infrastructure & Engineering, Inc., 285 Delaware Avenue, Suite 500, Buffalo, New York 14202 upon deposit of the sum of $50.00 per set. Payment shall be in the form of two (2) checks, each for one-half of the total deposit. Checks shall be payable to the Village of Williamsville. One-half of the full amount of deposit for one set of Contract Documents will be refunded to any Bidder who has duly submitted a Bid accompanied by the bid security required by this advertisement and who returns the Contract Documents complete and in good condition within thirty (30) days following the Award of the Contract or the rejection of bids. If only one check for the full deposit amount is submitted, no amount of the deposit will be refunded. The full amount of deposit for one set of Contract Documents will be refunded to the successful Bidder upon the execution of the Contract Documents.

Copies of the above-described Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the office of CRA Infrastructure & Engineering, Inc., 285 Delaware Avenue, Suite 500, Buffalo, New York 14202 and at the Village of Williamsville, Village Hall, 5565 Main Street, Williamsville, New York 14221.

Upon request, Contract Documents will be mailed after CRA Infrastructure & Engineering, Inc., has received the document fee plus a separate non-refundable mailing and handling charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) per set. The Contract Documents will be mailed and the mailing date will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt. Checks for documents shall be made payable to the Village of Williamsville. Checks for the mailing and handling charge shall be made payable to CRA Infrastructure & Engineering, Inc.

The OWNER is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment, and supplies sold to the OWNER pursuant to this Contract. Also exempt from such taxes are purchases by the CONTRACTOR and his Subcontractors of materials, equipment, and supplies to be sold to the OWNER pursuant to this Contract, including tangible personal property to be incorporated in any structure, building or other real property forming part of the Project. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid.

Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract award amount.

The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any or all bids.

NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

JTZ CONSULTING, LLC has been formed as a domestic limited liability company in New York (the LLC). The Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State on the 14th day of June, 2007. Its office location is in Erie County. The Secretary of State is designated as the agent of the LLC. The Secretary of State shall mail a copy of any process served to JTZ Consulting, LLC at 485 Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14203. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be formed.
