Couple marry in afternoon ceremony

Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Mayer Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Mayer Nadine Marie Stefaniak married Jeffrey Mayer in an afternoon ceremony Saturday, July 15, 2006 in Immaculate Conception Church, East Aurora. The Rev. Robert W. Wardenski officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Diane Stefaniak of East Aurora and the late Dennis Stefaniak. The groom is the son of Sandra and Thomas Mayer of Derby.

The bride was escorted by her mother.

The bride's sweetheart-style strapless A-line gown was embellished with caviar beading in a delicate vine and floral design and had a chapel-length train. She wore a finger-tip veil with a blusher.

Belinda LaFalce, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Denise Kuzmierczak, cousin of the bride; Myra Mayer, sister-in-law of the groom; and Natasha Lazeration, a friend of the bride. Marisa LaFalce, cousin of the bride, was junior bridesmaid.

Deanne Kuzmierczak, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

Bryan Mayer, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Derek Stefaniak, brother of the bride, and Daniel Bluff, a friend of the groom. Junior groomsmen were Brandon Mayer and Randy Mayer, nephews of the groom.

Jonathan LaFalce, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception was held in Michael's Banquet Facility. The couple are at home in Derby after a honeymoon in Bar Harbor, Maine.
