Chamber to host program on integrating Apple products
The Amherst Chamber of Commerce will host a workshop to assist with using Apple products for business purposes from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Buffalo Extension Center of Roberts Wesleyan College, 6500 Sheridan Drive, Amherst.
“Integrating Apple Products into Your Business Network,” which is part of the Chamber’s Tools for Prosperity program, will feature presentations by Mike Beecher, president of EscapeWire Solutions, and Chris Peters, a certified Apple consultant.
The presentations will include a real-life case study featuring a financial services firm in Amherst that integrated iPads into its sales, customer service and back-end operations.
The study will outline how the firm maximized business efficiency and ultimately increased the quality of its customer relations.
EscapeWire Solutions offers a broad range of services, including full-service systems design, installation and integration of wireless networks, and professional audio and video systems from the commercial marketplace.
The seminar costs $5 for members of the Chamber and $25 for nonmembers.
Registration for the program will be held at 8:15 a.m. To learn more about the seminar, visit www.amherst.org or call 632-6905.
