.I ask you, how many coffee shops does the village need? I drove around four times to find a place to park to enter Walgreens. I think Main Street should be changed to Coffee Club Lane.

.The Williamsville school superintendent says the only way to close the budget gap is a tax increase. Can’t he come up with other alternatives? The easy way out is always raising taxes. It’s time to look at what we can aff o rd .

.Something has to be done about insurance for town retirees. Maybe there is hope now since it has been brought up by the board. This is what is causing our taxes to go overboard every year.

.I wish Assemblyman Jim Hayes would support Assemblyman Jack Quinn’s measure to require all assemblymen to report outside income as to what they do and how much they make outside of their assembly posts.

.The Williamsville School Board has been notified and is aware that the state is going to reduce its aid to cities and towns to schools. Why is the Williamsville School Board continuing their plan to spend millions to redo parking lots? They should save that money and use it towards next year’s costs.
