Inferno team flies high at championships

The Inferno team of the Greater Buffalo Elite Heat All-Stars remains undefeated after a successful trip to the Niagara Championships.

The highly skilled 18-member squad competes in the Senior Level 4 division and executes twisting stunts, complicated choreography and advanced tumbling.

Amherst residents Gionna Armento, Kat Arrigenna, Madison Byer, Moraya Kiener, Lacey Woite and Wendy Woite complete the 18-member team that trains at Greater Buffalo Gymnastics Center.

Hosted by Cheer Tech, the Niagara Championships were attended by local cheer teams as well as travel cheer teams from Long Island.
