Grand Island Community Chorus
Concert, scheduled for May 18 at
Corpus Christi Church.
• MARK FREELAND'S FRIENDS
- Martin McGee is continuing his
project of recording late Buffalo
musician Mark Freeland's friends and
fans who want to tell their "Mark
Freeland story." David Kane will provide
music. McGee will be recording from 5
to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 15 at Gallery
164, 164 Allen St., Buffalo.
• POLISH HERITAGE FESTIVAL
PAGEANT - Contestants sought for
annual festival, who will have to
compete in six different age divisions.
The Cute Kids Division will compete at
noon and age divisions are baby ages
1-2 years old, "Little Miss," ages 3-5
years old and "Sweetheart ages," 6-8
years old. The Polish festival division
will compete at 1 p.m. in age divisions
"Duchess" 9-12 years, "Princess" 13-16
years and "Queen" 17 years and older.
They will be judged on personality and
appearance, and the three winners will
act as hostess for the two days of the
festival. For application, send a stamped,
self-addressed envelope to Bonnie Krull,

pageant will be held on Saturday, May
31 at The Fairgrounds, 5820 South Park
