• THEATRE OF YOUTH - Theatre of Youth Company will hold an audition for experienced child actors ages 9-12 and teen girls ages 14-16 for roles in the 2008-09 season from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, May 18, and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at The Allendale Theatre, 203 Allen St., Buffalo. Acting experience/training is required. Call 884-4400, ext. 303 on May 13 and 14 from 2-5 p.m. to make an appointment.

• THE KAVINOKY THEATRE - The Kavinoky Theatre will hold a general audition for the March 2009 production of HOT 'N COLE: A COLE PORTER CELEBRATION. The audition will be from 6:30-9 p.m Monday, May 19, at the theatre on the historic campus of D'Youville College. Adult actors are asked to prepare two Cole Porter songs. Interested applicants must make an appointment with Jennif er at 716-829-8103. Resume, headshot and sheet music required. Accompanist will be provided.
