Wednesday, May 7 - Chicken Caesar salad; alternate meal.

Thursday, May 8 - Ham steak/ Polynesian sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, ambrosia.

Friday, May 9 - Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, herb sauce, carrots, cauliflower, pie and salad.

Monday, May 12 - Knockwurst, sauerkraut, German potato salad, red cabbage.

Tuesday, May 13 - Cabbage roll/ sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, sliced peaches.

Wednesday, May 14 - Chicken cutlet/ peppers and onions, hash-browned potatoes, tomatoes, roll.
