Pair celebrate 50 years with dinner

Mr. and Mrs. James Nelson

Sylvia (Sally) and James (Jim) Nelson of Williamsville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a close family dinner in April 2008 and a large party for family and friends when their son returns from Iraq.

James Nelson married the former Sylvia Buddenhagen on April 26, 1958, at the Williamsville Methodist Church.

James is retired from Scott Aviation, and Sylvia is a retired math teacher for the Williamsville Schools.

Jim enjoys fishing. Sally enjoys gardening and Sudoku.

The couple have two children.
