	Bond approved to replace failing water systems by JESSICA L. FINCH Associate Editor Aging infrastructures on four roadways in Amherst will be replaced during the next 13 months. At Monday's Town Board meeting, a $1.62 million bond was approved, following a public hearing, to replace 11,400 linear feet of waterlines.
