RLTP presents 'Humpty Dumpty'

The Road Less Traveled Theatre Productions presents Eric Bogosian's "Humpty Dumpty," which continues through Sunday, May 11.

"Humpty Dumpty" is the story of a group of yuppies on holiday who get a front row seat to the end of civilization in this savage comedy/thriller from the renowned playwright/actor Bogosian, the author and star of "Talk Radio."

Bogosian will be the featured guest at RLTP's 2008 Spring Gala Event on Wednesday, April 23. This is an opportunity for WNY theatergoers to meet Bogosian. He can currently be seen on "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" as Captain Danny Ross.

"Humpty Dumpty" was first performed at the McCarter Theatre Center, Princeton, N.J., in 2002. It went on to the San Jose Repertory Theatre, San Jose, Calif., in 2003. This is its WNY premiere.

The production, directed by RLTP Artistic Director Scott Behrend, features Tim Klein, Lisa Vitrano, Thomas LaChiusa, Bonnie Jean Taylor and Phil Knoerzer.

Performances are at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays at the Road Less Traveled Theater, located in the Market Arcade Film & Arts Centre, 639 Main St., Buffalo.

Tickets are $25 general admission, $20 for seniors, with special rates available for groups of 10 or more. RLTP new ticket prices also include Under 30 tickets for $15, and $10 for students, and are available by calling 629-3069 or by visiting www.roadlesstraveled productions. org.
