Olear Realty Group launches new services

Michael Olear, team leader of Olear Realty Group at MJ Peterson Real Estate, has announced the launch of two new services - Older Owner Care and Executor Support.

Older Owner Care provides home selling or purchasing assistance for owners age 50 and older whose housing needs have changed, while Executor Support provides home selling assistance for family members, guardians, attorneys and trustees.

The Olear Realty Group will work with clients to address questions; help make decisions; offer prescreened referrals to bankers, movers, contractors, lawyers and estate liquidators; and create a comprehensive marketing program to sell their client's home for the highest amount over the shortest period of time.
