GOP honors Rath

Acting Lt. Gov. and Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Brunowill speak at the Amherst Republican spring dinner saluting Sen. Mary Lou Rath.

The dinner will be held Thursday, April10, at Banchetti by Rizzo’s Banquet Facility, 550 N. French Road, Amherst.  Drinks will be at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Bruno will pay tribute to Rath, who has announced her retirement from the Senate. She has represented the 61st District since 1994.

The dinner committee includes Amherst GOP vice chairs Marjory Jaeger and Phil Gulisano and dinner co-chairs Elizabeth Jaeger, Michele Johnson and Kathy Lane.
