Sarah P. Womack and Cpl. Robert L. Zillig

Alice Summar Womack and retired Air Force Col. Kenneth W. Womack of Carlisle, Pa., and Barbara E. and Steven R. Zillig of Clarence announce the engagement of their children, Sarah Paige Womack and Marine Cpl. Robert Lee Zillig.

Miss Womack graduated from Carlisle High School in 2002. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociocultural anthropology from George Washington University in 2007. She is an outreach and education specialist for Smart Start of New Hanover County, located in Wilmington, N.C.

Her fiance graduated from Clarence High School in 2001. He attended Alfred State College. He is an instructor of urban warfare at the U.S. Marine Corps Air Ground Command Center at Twentynine Palms, Calif.

An October 2008 wedding is planned.
