Micron Blue Sabres advance to finals

The Micron Blue Sabres advanced to the finals with a 2-1 shootout victory over the White Sabres.

The score was tied at 1-1 after a six minute overtime. In the shootout, Mike Bunce and Gunar Weppner scored for the White and Blue Sabres, respectively. Blue Sabre Jeffrey Cummins scored the game winner.

Goals in regulation were scored by the White's Mike Bunce and the Blue's Jeffrey Cummins.

Blue goalie Timmy Jones and White goalie Gregg Stamm played well. Blue Sabres Mathew Barrali, Patrick Brady, Kevin McGraw and Otto Bergmann and White Sabres' Nick Gossels, David Morroto and Nick Mecca played well.
