Holiday

Witamy! It's time for pussy willows,
squirt guns and Polish pride.
That's right - we are fast approaching
Dyngus Day, which celebrates
the end of the observance
of lent and the joy of Easter.
Over the decades, Dyngus Day
has also become a wonderful holiday
to celebrate Polish-American
culture, heritage and traditions.
Dyngus Day in Buffalo is truly a
unique ethnic and cultural experience
unmatched in the United
States. Whether you attend a party
at one of the large suburban festival
halls, a quaint family owned
tavern or at a historic Polonia
landmark, you'll never forget your
first polka, cold piwo (beer) or the
hundreds of happy people who will
instantly become your friends!
Naz drowie!
