Recently, produced on Broadway by Dublin's Gate Theatre, "Faith Healer" contains four monologues, which tell the adventure of Frank Hardy, who claims to be an irresistible itinerant healer of the sick.
Though each of characters relates essentially the same unforgiving and exalting tale, their different accounts reflect the capricious and inconstant nature of memory.
The production, directed by ICTC Associate Director Derek Campbell, features ICTC co-founder Vincent O'Neill as Frank Hardy, ICTC Ar tist-in-Residence Josephine Hogan as his wife, Grace, and Gerry Maher as Teddy the manager.
The last week of performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 21, and 3 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 22.
Regular single tickets range from $37 to $42 each, and senior tickets are $32 to $35 each. Student tickets will be sold at the box office one hour before curtain, in person only, for $15 each for students under 25 with a valid student ID. For tickets, call 853-4282.
