SENIORNEWS The following events will take place at the Amherst Center for Senior Services, 350 John James Audubon Parkway. Registration is required. For more information, call 636-3059.

Donated books for sale in the Waiting Lounge. Three for 50 cents.

Entertainment Books 2008, available at the volunteer desk for $25.

Income Tax filing, volunteers will be on hand to assist with Federal and New York State Income tax returns, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays and through April 11. Appointments are necessary.

Gallery display for March and April opens Wednesday, March 12.

Medicaid planning and Elder Law issues, 1 p.m. Thursday, March 13.

Vision Support Group meets at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 13 in the Waiting Lounge.
