Girls U-10 travel soccer Fire scorch Dolphins

The Amherst Girls U-10 Fire indoor travel soccer team turned up the flame on the Dolphins, winning 3-2, at the Epic Center on Sunday.

Attacker Shannon Gilbert scored first with a pretty goal to the corner of the net. Sara Scolnick tied it up for Amherst off a nice feed from Gilbert.

Alea Manzella had the game winner after getting through two Dolphin defenders and getting the ball past the Dolphin Keeper.

Emma Poveromo and Kelsey Kramer split the game in goal with each making some great saves.
