Penberthy's six points leads Pee Wee Rangers over Sharks

Tyler Penberthy registered three goals and three assists to lead the Pee Wee Rangers to an 8-2 playoff win over the Sharks.

Nick Cuomo added the first and last goals of the game on his way to a career-high four.

David Hnat added a marker in the second while assists were earned by Trevor Browning (two), Greg Sibick, John Huyler, Justin Bystrak, Andrew Kean and Joseph Bennett.

Goalie Michael Heyden flashed his lightning quick glove hand, frustrating numerous Shark chances.

Also contributing to the Ranger effort were Lucas Kindron, Blake Michael, Noah Basehart, Jamie Spiller, John Tomczak and Connor Koester.

Pee Wee Rangers double up Devils

Tight checking and defensive hockey punctuated the Pee Wee Rangers to a 4-2 playoff victory over the Devils.

Goaltender Michael Heyden again starred, thwarting numerous Devil chances. Suffocating defense was played by Andrew Kean, Greg Sibick, John Tomczak, Justin Bystrak and Tyler Penberthy.

Ranger goals were scored by Jamie Spiller, Penberthy, David Hnat and John Huyler.

Assists were earned by Noah Basehart (two), Kean, Trevor Browning, Nick Cuomo and Penberthy.

Offensive pressure was applied by Connor Koester, Blake Michael and Joseph Bennett.

The Devils were led by outstanding goaltender Bryan Cowing and goal scorers James Bassett and Matthew Soos.
