How to sell a house faster with feng shui

Feng Shui Your World will offer a new seminar on "How to Sell Your House Faster with Feng Shui" from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 8 at Hunt Real Estate, 4363 Main St., west of Harlem Road, Amherst. Offered for the first time in Western New York, the seminar will provide an introduction and practical information on how feng shui, the ancient Chinese art of science and placement, can help sellers make their homes more appealing to buyers.

Linda Ellson, a certified feng shui consultant and president of Feng Shui Your World, will present the session. She has been helping individuals buy and sell their homes for more than three years with feng shui.

The seminar will include:

• An introduction to the "Eight Mansions Theory of Feng Shui" and how it applies to selling a home.

• How to balance the various sectors and rooms of a home to create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere that can help attract buyers.

• Practical take-home tips on how to enhance selling efforts.
