Krull- Sheaks

Steven Sheaks and Sarah Krull

Barbara and Curtis Krull of Amherst announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Krull, to Steven Sheaks, son of Shirley Sheaks of Covington, Ga., and the late Dennis Sheaks.

Miss Krull graduated from Amherst Central High School in 1999. She received a degree in elementary and special education from Canisius College in 2003. She also received a master's degree in educational technology in 2005 and an educational specialist degree in curriculum/instruction management and administration in 2007, both from Nova Southeastern University. She is a third-grade teacher at Henry County Schools in McDonough, Ga.

Her fiance graduated from Heritage High School in 1992. He attended Rio Salado College. He is a driver for Old Dominion Freight Lines.

A July 2008 wedding is planned at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Amherst, followed by a reception at Glen Oak Golf Club.
