MAY THE BEST BOT WIN - Jeremy Marschke and Casey Williams, students in the University at Buffalo's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, prepare their robot, Scarey Gary 2, for battle. They created the remote-controlled robot for the Feb. 22 competition held in the UB North Student Union. The battle and other UB Engineers Week events were sponsored by Northrop-Grumman Corporation Amherst Systems, which also judged the battles, along with engineers from Fisher-Price. Marschke and Williams are members of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
