Student exhibit

to mark fair

housing month

Housing Opportunities Made Equal will sponsor an art exhibit this March at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport to celebrate fair housing month. A free opening reception will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 1 at the gallery in the airport. First-, secondand third-grade students from three Buffalo schools were asked to create posters to reflect on a future without barriers to fair housing after reading a book in class. There will be special note cards - made from three select posters - available for purchase at the opening. Exubrio to hold

public relations

Exubrio Group and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership will hold a public relations seminar from 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday, March 6 at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, 665 Main St., Suite 200, Buffalo. Anyone holding a senior marketing or sales support role or who is a business owner or an executive involved in a company's marketing or sales is invited to attend the seminar. Tickets are $20. Free nonprofit

workshops set

Niagara University and ReNU Niagara Community Outreach Partnership Center will provide a series of free workshops on nonprofit management from 4 to 8:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, March 18 in Dunleavy Hall, Room 127 on the university campus. The sessions are designed specifically for nonprofit agency staff and board members, local residents and faith-based groups. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.
