Red Sabres rout Gold Sabres

Hunter Steward backstopped the Micron Red Sabres to a big 11-3 win over the Gold Sabres in the regular season finale.

The Red Sabres got goals from Ryan Curtin, Joe Signore (two), Henri Tetrault, Andrew Barker (two), Emily Matthew (two) and Andrew Fairbrother (three).

Evan Mulderig, Jacob Puckhaber, Ryan Mitchell, Will Redding, Conner Baetzhold and Scott Currier played tight defense throughout the game.

The Gold Sabres countered with goals from Jack Gilbert, Jack Rapini and Ethan Ruggerio. Zach Esch made several great saves in goal. John Walp, Trevor Kuntar and Trevor Galante played hard.
