      Louise J. Vella, 69, of Williamsville, died on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008. Born in Buffalo, she owned and operated Femme Hair Fashions in Williamsville until she was 52. She then worked for Wegmans as a cake decorator for 10 years. Mrs. Vella was a member of St. Gregory the Great Church.
