Session set for potential school board members

The Erie County Association of School Boards will hold a seminar titled, "Anybody ever tell you you'd make a great school board member?"

The informal discussion will open dialogue to anyone who has been asked the question or wondered it themselves. The event offers the opportunity to learn more about serving on a school board.

Several area veteran school board members will discuss their experience.

The event, sponsored by the Erie County Association of School Boards, will be held at the Norman Vergils Community Center, located behind the Sweet Home Schools' District Office at 1901 Sweet Home Road, Amherst. It will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8.
