Palmerton, Rey place first at Upstate meet

Zack Palmerton of Stumpf's Gymnastics Center , center, won the Level 5 10-11 division in all-around at the Upstate meet in Rochester.

Level 5 boys from Stumpf's Gymnastics Center earned top honors in the 10-11 division and 7-9 division at the Upstate meet in Rochester.

Zack Palmerton (10-11) won pommel horse and vault on his way to first place all-around.

Nicholas Rey (7-9) placed first on floor, pommel and vault to earn first place in all-around.

Also competing (7-9) were Dylan Arena (third on floor, rings, vault), Griffin Ingerson (fourth on pommel), Andrew Searns (eighth on rings and high bar), Austin Martin (second on vault), Brandon Colley (eighth on vault and parallel bars), Hunter Sullivan (fifth on floor) and Anthony Gallo (third on high bar).

Stumpf's Gymnastics Level 5 7-9 division fared well at the Upstate meet in Rochester. Members of the team which placed are, pictured far left, Dylan Arena(fifthplace),center,NicholasRey(first place),andfar right,Griffin Ingerson (sixth place).
