Brian T. Wymbs and Frances Arnold

Mary Coleman Arnold and James F. Arnold of Salem, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Frances Arnold, to Brian T. Wymbs, son of Linda and Henry M. Wymbs of Williamsville.

Miss Arnold graduated from Salem High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Virginia in 2000. She is pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University at Buffalo.

Her fiance graduated from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. He is pursuing a doctorate at the University at Buffalo and is an intern at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh.

A June 2008 wedding in Salem is planned.
