Sharon and Francis N. Burrows of Buffalo announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Lynn Burrows of West Seneca, to Michael John Haller of West Seneca, son of Judy and Norbert "Buddy" Haller of Rochester.

Miss Burrows graduated from Lafayette High School in 1987. She is a legal assistant for Simpson & Simpson.

Her fiance graduated from Bishop Kearney High School in 1987. He is a freight relocation specialist for Bolus Freight Systems.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
