Jillian DeSantis and Joseph Beang

Laura and John DeSantis of Buffalo announce the engagement of their daughter, Jillian DeSantis, to Joseph Beang, son of Elaine and Joseph Beang of Cheektowaga.

Miss DeSantis graduated from Maryvale High School in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in 2002 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College in 2005. She is a physical therapist for the Sweet Home School District.

Her fiance graduated from Maryvale High School in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from the University at Buffalo in 2004 and a Master of Science degree in the physician assistant program at D'Youville College in 2007. He is a physician assistant.

An April 2008 wedding at Deerhurst Presbyterian Church is planned.
