Pair wed in Michigan

Laurie Jane Hammel married Eric Todd Kuper in an outdoor afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007 at the Kensington Court in Ann Arbor, Mich. The Rev. Don Spachman officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Merrie and Arnie Hammel of Shepherd, Mich. The groom is the son of Debbie and Mike Kuper of Clarence Center.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Amanda Parkinson, friend of the bride. The bride's attendants were Carey Hammel, brother of the bride, and Sara Osterman, Erin Booth and Monica Holley, friends of the bride.

The best man was Scott Kuper, brother of the groom. The groom's attendants were Timm Balunis, Joel Wealer, Travis Siehndel and Megan Schutte, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at the Kensington Court.

The couple is at home in Annapolis, Md.
