Gregory Nizialek has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at Hamilton College. He is the son of Christine and Kenneth Nizialek of Getzville.

Lauren Shields has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at St. John Fisher College. She is the daughter of Dr. Connie Jozwiak Shields and Dr. Peter Shields both of Williamsville.

Michael Jaszka Jr. has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at St. John Fisher College. He is the son of Mike and Mary Jaszka of Getzville.

Natalie Berkman of East Amherst has been awarded a National Italian American Foundation scholarship. She attends Johns Hopkins University.
