Supervisor Mohan to present State of the Town on Jan. 25

Amherst Supervisor Satish Mohan will present his 2008 State of the Town address on Friday, Jan. 25 during the Amherst Chamber of Commerce's annual luncheon at Classics V Banquet Center.

The public is invited to attend and learn about Mohan's plans for the town in 2008. The Chamber will also be swearing in its 2008 executive directors and board of directors as well as presenting its 2008 Program of Work. The Amherst Chamber's new logo, tagline and Web site will also be unveiled.

The cost is $35 per Chamber member and $45 for nonmembers, which includes lunch. Reservations are required. Registration is at 11:30 a.m., and lunch and the program are at noon. Classics V is located at 2425 Niagara Falls Blvd.
