Tom Herberger of Amherst was recently recognized by Culligan Water for sales excellence at the annual company convention in Las Vegas. Herberger, a licensed water treatment specialist, ranked in the top 10 nationally for sales of commercial water treatment equipment. He is employed by Culligan Water of Akron.

Attorney Robert G. Murray of Getzville was named a member of Harris Beach law firm. He practices in the firm's Buffalo office in the public finance and economic development and environmental law practice groups. John A. Polvino of Amherst has acquired ownership of Commercial Print & Imaging in Cheektowaga. The company's president and partner, he acquired the balance of stock in the firm from partner Kevin Preston. They formed the company in 1993 as a full-service printer, renaming it CP&I in 2000.

Lizabeth A. Martin of Amherst was named a partner at Hodgson Russ LLP, a Buffalo law firm. She is also a member of the firm's Immigration Practice Group. Prior to working in immigration law, Martin practiced commercial litigation and served as an examining attorney for the U.S. Trademark Office.
David F. Eyeington Jr. was named a full-service mortgage consultant with Hunt Mortgage Corporation with the Lockport real estate office. He has 25 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as a relationship manager for First Horizon Home Loans. He is a member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce.
