Lifetime Health Medical Group names new president

Dr. Arthur E. Orlick of Williamsville has been named president of Lifetime Health Medical Group. He began his new position on Jan. 2, overseeing 10 health centers in Buffalo and Rochester and several affiliated medical offices.
Orlick most recently served as chief medical officer and chief operating officer for Lifetime Health. His accomplishments include the implementation of electronic medical records for the group, the launch of a new workers' compensation preferred provider organization and successful physician recruitment in light of national and local provider shortages.
Prior to joining Lifetime, Orlick was vice president and chief medical officer for Buffalo General Hospital and physician director for cardiovascular services at Kaleida Health.
He was a founding member of the Cardiology Group of Western New York and also served as medical director for Univera Healthcare, North AmeriCare and North American Health Plans Inc. He has served as director of cardiac care units and a noninvasive cardiac laboratory and as the chief of cardiology at the Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo.
He earned a postdoctoral fellow in cardiology from Stanford University and a competitive three-year grant from the national American Heart Association following his graduation from Stanford.
Orlick is a fellow with the American College of Cardiology as well as the Council on Clinical Cardiology, American Heart Association. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, past president of the Western New York Cardiovascular Society, co-chair of the Medical Directors Forum, New York State HMO Conference, and a member of the American College of Physician Executives.
