Devils slay Red Wings

A tightly contested game saw the Amherst Youth Hockey Mite Devils defeat the Red Wings, 5-3, on Sunday at the Pepsi Center.

Greg Koutsomitis and Daniel Mosher each netted a pair of goals, while Cameron Trejchel tallied a marker for the Devils.

Michael Zatkos, Liam Evenson, and William Holyoke supported the Red Wings with goals.

Excellent puck possession, passing, and goaltending help make the game competitive and entertaining.

Mite Devils tame Sharks The Mite Devils came out on top of a very close game against the Sharks, 5-3, on Jan. 6.

Leading the Devils with two goals a piece were Daniel Mosher and Jake Conover. Cameron Trejchel (Conover) also scored for the Devils.

Scoring for the Sharks were Joe Marchese, Dustin Bochman and Adam Higgins.

Goalie Connor O'Brien was strong in his debut.

The Devils' stars were Spencer Neu, Timmy O'Connor and Mosher. Timmy Finley took the game puck with a solid game on defense.
