UBAM swimmers to compete at IMX championships

Nineteen of UB Amherst Swim Club's top young swimmers will be competing at the 14 and Under Gold IMX Team Championship this weekend at the Webster Aquatics Center in Webster, N.Y.

Representing UBAM will be Alyssa Anderson, Caroline Desidario, Alexandria Doody, Tori Fructaci, Alyssa Helak, Rachel Kuechle, Therese Mastrandrea, Brooke Pettis, Jamie Ruh, Rebecca Winnert, Brenna Woodling, Matthew Berus, Daniel Cho, Eugene Cho, Jerry Daigler, Huibo Guan, James Jiang, Kevin Kim, and Marc Ruszaj.

"This is the best group of young swimmers that I have had the privilege to coach in my ten years at UBAM", expressed head coach Flynn Burroughs. "They have the talent, skill, and work ethic to develop into outstanding senior swimmers. Just as important they have the parental support that it takes to become successful swimmers. That support is absolutely essential and is a big reason why these swimmers have been so successful thus far".

The UB Amherst Swim Club (UBAM) is a national goal oriented, US age-group Swim Club that practices at the University of Buffalo, as well as the Williamsville School Pools. UBAM also offers a year-round Learn-to-Swim Program for new & less experienced swimmers.
