Man pleads guilty in death of Amherst woman

Kevin Baker, 39, pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter in the first degree before Supreme Court Justice Russell Buscaglia.

Baker admitted to the Oct. 13, 2007 suffocation murder of 24-year-old Jillian M. Flagg of Amherst while she visited his North Street home in Buffalo, said Erie County District Attorney Frank J. Clark.

According to Clark the woman was there to provide services as an escort.

Baker faces 20 years in prison when sentencing occurs on March 19.
