Commissioned

COMMISSIONED - Ian Osterreicher, a 2003 graduate of Williamsville East High School, was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force during ceremonies held last month at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., where he also received his bachelor's degree in meteorology. He was also named the Distinguished Air Force ROTC Graduate for "demonstrating a high degree of ability, initiative, and other leadership essential to successful performance of duty as an Air Force officer." He is the son of Mickey Osterreicher and Julia White.
