Andrew Bulcher and Lauren Truesdell

Kim and Robert Truesdell of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Truesdell, to Andrew Bulcher, son of Velma and Patrick Bulcher of Bertha, Minn.

Miss Truesdell graduated from Williamsville South High School in 2002. She received a degree in government from Harvard University in 2006. She works for the U.S. Department of State.

Her fiance graduated from Bertha-Hewitt High School in 1999. He is pursuing a degree in history from the University of Maryland University College, planning to graduate in 2008. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 2001 to 2005, achieving the rank of senior airman.

A July 2008 wedding is planned.
