Bordonaro, Squirt Devils burn Red Wings, 3-1

Gianni Bordonaro started the Squirt Devils' scoring when he got a takeaway in the Red Wings' zone and took a quick shot.

Bordonaro then one-timed a goal on a wraparound pass from Frankie Bodami.

The Red Wings fought hard and had many scoring chances but could not get the puck past Devils' goalie Nick Molnar until late in the second period when the Red Wings' Tim Kreuz was awarded a penalty shot and scored.

The Devils' Alex Gervase finished the scoring on a rebound off a blistering shot from Johah Held.
