Class will divulge secrets on getting quality referrals

Les Robinson, an insurance broker with The Northwoods Corp., will present "Secrets of Getting More Quality Referrals" from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, 350 Essjay Road, Suite 200.

The main goal of the class is to learn how to get more quality referrals easily and quickly. Learn new ways of getting more referrals that will generate more sales; new techniques of service referrals that are quick and easy to implement; strategic ways of getting new referrals; how to turn a cold prospect into a hot prospect; how to market to new prospects with little or no increase in marketing budgets; and a new strategic system to get more referrals that equal more sales.
