Kadimah School of Buffalo will host "Zumba Ladies Night" led by Mary Anne Cappelino, Zumba instructor and Buffalo Athletic Center wellness director at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 at the school, 1085 Eggert road, Eggertsville. The event is free and open to any woman in the community. Participants are asked to wear sneakers and comfortable work-out clothing.
