Better Business Bureau expels two accredited Amherst businesses

In 2007, the Better Business Bureau Board of Directors voted to revoke the accreditation of 17 businesses, two in Amherst.

The expulsions resulted from unanswered or unresolved complaints, and/or excessive and high volume complaints or failure to submit a dispute to arbitration after agreeing in advance to do so. Such activity breaches BBB principles for trust that each accredited business affiliated with the BBB must uphold.

In 2007, Chefs Choice LLC of Williamsville, and Capital Fence Co. Inc. of Amherst were expelled. Reports can be researched at bbb.org.
